I have set the general tax rate to 20% and left the product tax rates at 0%. However, when i test order, the tax is 0%. Also, how are the shipping charges taxed? Are taxes included from the general tax rate? and if so is this broken down at the checkout? Please can you also clarify the tax example on the help page. The example states that tax is inclusive and therefore prices shown include tax at the rate set. However, in the example given of a product with a price of £10 and a included tax rate of 20% it's stated that the tax amount would be £2. I am a little confused by this because if the price of the product is £10 inclusive of 20% tax then the price before the tax is added would be £8.33 and there the tax included would be £1.67. To get an inclusive tax amount of £2 at a 20% tax rate the price would have be be £12 no? Please can you let me know if i'm missing something here. Thanks

Hi, Is it possible to change the order which products appear on the page? If this can only be done by the order which they're added in shoprocket, is it possible to upload products so i don't have to delete and add them all again manually. Thanks, Alistair

Can we do something about the sales tax? Like add more options and actually make it work? First issue - even though I have set up a tax rate in settings and it shows up during checkout, it's not actually added to the total at the end and was not charged. Second - it's not calculated properly. For example in my location I need to charge 7%, though at checkout it shows like 6.5%, to make it actually calculated as 7% I have to enter 7.53% in the settings, which is really weird. Third - can we make it so that tax is only charged in particular state/states? Not everywhere? I am not asking for a separate tax rate for thousands of jurisdictions, but at least a bit more control over it. I use Stripe for card processing but they have absolutely no tax functionality and obviously it should be a part of a shopping cart as it should show up properly at the checkout, not just be charged behind the scenes by the processor.

Hello I am looking for some help, I have had hundreds of customer complaints that they are unable to checkout via Paypal. I am trying to integrate this with paypal however my business account is asking for the API username. I have tried checking for shoprocket but it is not on their partners list. I would like to use paypal for card payments also however this does not seem to work by using the shoprocket cart. Can someone offer some assistance

Hello! I'm doing my best to integrate my shoprocket account with shipstation for a simple shipping solution. I'm able to sync shoprocket orders that are paid with paypal no problem, but shoprocket orders paid with credit card via stripe are not syncing to shipstation. When a customer makes a payment via credit card, their payment information and a shipping address are captured in stripe, but that information is stored in the "payments" area of the stripe interface. Apparently, shipstation needs that information to be in the "orders" section of the stripe interface to successfully pull the data. Is there anything that can be done on my end to achieve this, or is there anything the shoprocket developers can do to help? I'm also open to hearing about any other shipping platforms that can pull the stripe data without any modification. Thanks!

Just signed up for shoprocket and working on integrating it into my website. Looking great so far! The site uses AJAX to navigate between pages. The shop looks great when called directly, but I can’t figure out what script I need to call after loading the shop with an AJAX request. Any ideas?

I added products to our page, and for each of those products added different size options. When I went to add those items to my shopping cart from my web page, I can see the "select a size" box, but it will not show the size options, nor allow me to choose a size and add the item to my cart. I have added stock to each of the sizes. Is there another setting I need to adjust to allow for size selection of my items?

I am currently with XPRS who use you for the shopping cart. I did an order back in early December last year, and I still not have been paid for it. We are supposed to get paid on the 15th of each month, every time I ask XPRS they say in a couple of days, which was two weeks ago now, then the latest payment will be in no later than 23/01/18.
