Just signed up for shoprocket and working on integrating it into my website. Looking great so far! The site uses AJAX to navigate between pages. The shop looks great when called directly, but I can’t figure out what script I need to call after loading the shop with an AJAX request. Any ideas?

I added products to our page, and for each of those products added different size options. When I went to add those items to my shopping cart from my web page, I can see the "select a size" box, but it will not show the size options, nor allow me to choose a size and add the item to my cart. I have added stock to each of the sizes. Is there another setting I need to adjust to allow for size selection of my items?

I am currently with XPRS who use you for the shopping cart. I did an order back in early December last year, and I still not have been paid for it. We are supposed to get paid on the 15th of each month, every time I ask XPRS they say in a couple of days, which was two weeks ago now, then the latest payment will be in no later than 23/01/18. AND its still not in there what is going on! https://www.blackcattarotreadings.com is my website.

I'd like to have unique digital items for one product. So when one of my customers purchases a product it sends them a different digital item each time. The reason I'd like to do this is because the digital item is a Unique code and I'd like to give a different code to each customer.

Our organisation will be closed from Saturday 23rd December to Monday 1st January 2018. Is it possible to put a notification on our account to say this so that customers will know when they order that it won't be dealt with until after the New Year? Thanks

I am looking to build a cart system into a SaaS platform for Music Distribution. Each artist has the ability to build out their album into an app and sell goods through their app as opposed to a full store. I am wondering if your product would support segmentation of products, based on users as opposed to a traditional website store. Thanks!

Basically I sell items with several option fields and a lot of lines in each field. When you click on an item icon you see a popup that shows a price and options drop down menus below it. When you click on of those "options" it "drops down" showing full list of available option lines for this option. Up until recenttimes if there were many lines it would display frist 5 or something and then a scrolling bar on the side. Now it shows all the options at once. Since that whole shopping cart popup window does not scroll with the page, options list drops down well below the visible bottom border of the screen, making bottom lines useless. Before that you could scroll through them. Now the only way to see them all is to scale back whole page. You should make possible a way to display a lot of option lines comfortably on the screen, without having bottom portion of the shopping cart popup disappear below the bottom of the screen. Can you fix that?

Hi, I am very keen to use shoprocket for my website. I am building a salad business in Mexico City, actually very similar concept to chopd.co.uk. I would like to know if it is possible to get the front end strings translated to Spanish (no need to translate back end at all). Can I use Loco Translate for this? Also, would it be possible to set up Mexican Peso currency? Please let me know what would be a feasible solution for this. Looking forward to work with you. Thank you.
